My name is Raffale and I am a professional Chef, food designer and food consultant.
I am 37 years old, Italian and now based in my native city Naples, down in Italy. I’ve been
working in the food business for more than 10 years, travelling around kitchens all over Europe,
mostly in Norway where I lived for many years.
